欢迎使用「家庭猫记账日记本Pro」（以下简称"本应用"）。在使用本应用前，请仔细阅读本协议。您下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读并同意本协议的全部内容。

1. 服务说明

「家庭猫记账日记本Pro」是一款帮助您和家人记录收支、备忘、提醒和存钱的记账应用，提供记账、家庭账本、备忘提醒、心情打卡、时光星空回忆等本地化功能。

2. 账号与登录

当前版本支持邮箱密码登录与邮箱验证码登录（验证码通过邮件发送），亦支持 Apple ID 登录。
您应妥善保管自己的登录信息与账号密码，因账号保管不善导致的损失由您自行承担。

3. 数据存储

本地优先是本应用的核心设计理念：记账、备忘、成员、心情打卡、时光星空回忆（含照片）等业务数据仅保存在您的设备本地，不会上传服务器，也不会随账号同步。
登录信息（邮箱/Apple ID）、账号资料与会员授权标记（仅标记是否已开通高级会员）存储于云端服务器，仅用于账号登录、身份验证与购买状态恢复；高级会员权益本身记录在设备本地。
时光星空等功能的照片访问用途与存储方式，详见《隐私政策》。

4. 使用约定

请勿利用本应用从事任何违法违规活动。
请勿尝试破坏、干扰本应用的正常运行，或绕过本应用的任何安全机制。
请妥善保管您的登录信息及账号密码。

5. 免责声明

（1）本地存储阶段：若您卸载应用、清除应用数据或设备丢失、损坏，本机保存的数据将无法恢复，我们对此不承担责任，建议您定期备份重要数据。

（2）云同步阶段：云同步服务上线后，您应妥善保管账号与密码；因账号泄露、丢失或他人使用导致的财产损失与数据风险，由您自行承担。

（3）本应用提供的记账、提醒、预警功能仅供个人记账参考，不构成任何财务、投资或法律建议，因依赖本应用数据做出的决策，风险自担。

（4）本应用依赖网络与设备运行环境，因网络中断、系统故障、设备异常等不可抗力导致的数据损失或服务中断，我们不承担赔偿责任。

6. 付费与内购

「高级会员」为本应用内的增值内容，通过 Apple App Store 应用内购买（In-App Purchase，一次性买断 Non-Consumable）获得，买断后终身有效，不包含任何自动续订。
支付由 Apple App Store 处理，我们不会接触您的支付卡号、Apple ID 密码等支付凭证。
退款：一次性购买遵循 App Store 的退款政策，由 Apple 管理；如对购买有疑问，请通过 App Store 或联系 Apple 支持申请。
恢复购买：更换设备或重新安装后，可通过 App 内「恢复购买」功能找回已购权益。
高级会员仅用于解锁本应用内的功能与内容，不可转让，不可兑换现金或其他对价。
定价与促销活动可能调整；调整仅影响调整后的新购买，不影响您已获得的权益。

7. 服务变更

我们可能随时调整或更新本服务及协议内容，请以最新版本为准。重大变更将通过应用内提示公布。

Welcome to FamilyCat Ledger & Diary ("the App"). Please read these terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

FamilyCat Ledger & Diary is a budgeting app that helps you and your family track income & expenses, memos, reminders, and savings. It provides local-first features such as ledgers, family accounts, reminders, mood check-ins, and Star-of-Time memories.

2. Account & Sign-in

The App supports email/password sign-in, email verification-code sign-in (sent by email), and Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Losses caused by poor credential management are your own responsibility.

3. Data Storage

Local-first is our core design: business data such as ledger, memos, members, mood check-ins, and Star-of-Time memories (including photos) are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to servers or synced with your account.
Sign-in information (email/Apple ID), profile data, and a membership flag (whether Premium is active) are stored on cloud servers and used only for sign-in, verification, and purchase restoration; the Premium entitlement itself is recorded on your device.
For photo access in Star-of-Time and storage details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the App for any illegal or prohibited activity.
Do not attempt to disrupt the App's operation or bypass its security mechanisms.
Keep your sign-in credentials and password safe.

5. Disclaimer

(1) Local-storage phase: if you uninstall the App, clear its data, or lose/damage your device, locally stored data cannot be recovered. We are not liable; please back up important data regularly.

(2) Cloud-sync phase: once cloud sync is available, you are responsible for your account and password; losses from account leakage, loss, or use by others are your own responsibility.

(3) Budgeting, reminder, and alert features are for personal reference only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Decisions based on App data are made at your own risk.

(4) The App depends on network and device conditions; we are not liable for data loss or service interruption caused by network failure, system faults, device issues, or force majeure.

6. Purchases & In-App Purchases

"Premium" is premium content unlocked through an Apple App Store In-App Purchase (one-time purchase, Non-Consumable). Once purchased, it is valid for life and involves no auto-renewing subscription.
Payment is processed by the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment card number, Apple ID password, or other payment credentials.
Refunds: one-time purchases follow the App Store refund policy and are managed by Apple. For any purchase issue, please use the App Store or contact Apple Support.
Restore: after changing devices or reinstalling, you can restore your purchase via "Restore Purchases" in the app.
Premium only unlocks in-app features and content; it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration.
Pricing and promotions may change; changes apply to future purchases only and never affect entitlements you already have.

7. Changes to Service

We may adjust or update the service and these terms at any time. The latest version governs. Material changes will be announced in-app.
