下载、安装或使用「票速看」（TicketPeek，下称"本应用"），即表示你已阅读并同意本用户协议的全部内容。若你不同意，请停止使用本应用。
票速看是一个用于记录你自己票据的本地工具，帮助你把票据信息（如类型、时间、地点、金额）保存在本机。本应用没有账号系统，也不依赖任何我们自己的服务器。
你需要对所保存内容的准确性负责；本应用不提供验真、结算或报销服务，也不与任何票务、支付或税务平台对接。
免费版可录入 6 张票据，之后需解锁高级权益方可继续录入。高级权益为一次性买断，不是订阅，不会自动续费，购买后在本机永久可用；换新设备时，使用同一个 Apple ID 在应用内点击「恢复购买」即可。
应用内购买通过 App Store 完成，购买、退款与发票均由 Apple 处理，我们不参与也无法代为退款。Apple 的条款与条件同样适用于相关交易。
灵动岛、Live Activity、Face ID 等功能依赖 iOS 系统能力。系统限制、机型差异或系统版本可能导致这些功能不可用，这不构成服务承诺。
本应用及其名称、标识、界面设计与内容的知识产权归开发者所有。未经许可，不得复制、修改、分发或反向工程本应用。
本应用按"现状"提供。除法律强制性规定外，我们不提供任何明示或默示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权的担保。因你的设备、系统或使用方式导致的任何问题，由你自行负责。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。票据数据保存在本机，删除应用会一并清除；请自行做好备份。
你可以在任何时候停止使用并删除本应用。本协议在你删除应用后终止，但不影响终止前已发生的权利与义务。
我们可能不时更新本协议。变更后的内容将在本页面公布，并注明更新日期；你在变更后继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的条款。

By downloading, installing or using TicketPeek (the "App"), you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
TicketPeek is a local tool for recording your own tickets, helping you keep ticket details (type, time, place, amount) on your device. The App has no account system and no server of ours.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you save; the App offers no verification, settlement or reimbursement service, and it does not talk to any ticketing, payment or tax platform.
The free tier records 6 tickets, after which the premium unlock is required to keep recording. The unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — it never renews, and it stays available on this device; on a new device, tap Restore purchases with the same Apple ID.
In-app purchases go through the App Store. Purchases, refunds and invoices are handled by Apple, and we cannot issue refunds. Apple's terms and conditions also apply to those transactions.
Features that depend on iOS — the Dynamic Island, Live Activities, Face ID — may be unavailable because of system limits, device differences or the OS version, and are not a service commitment.
The App, its name, logo, design and content belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the App without permission.
The App is provided "as is". Except as required by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for issues arising from your device, system or usage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the App. Ticket data lives on your device and is deleted when you remove the App; please keep your own backups.
You may stop using and delete the App at any time. This agreement ends when you delete the App, without affecting rights and obligations that already arose before termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
